Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent X handle returns an error or empty result
- Handle contains invalid characters (not matching ^[A-Za-z0-9_]+$) causes a 400/validation error
- Expired or invalid pagination cursor results in an error or restarted pagination
- Account is private or suspended, returning no data or an access error
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402 payment not processed) blocks the request
