Side effects
- Missing or malformed email query parameter returns an error
- Domains not in the disposable list but actually disposable will not be flagged
- Newly registered disposable domains may not yet be in the list
- No mailbox-level confirmation — a syntactically valid address with good MX records may still bounce
- Network timeouts during DNS resolution may cause transient errors
