Side effects
- Query too short (under 2 characters) returns a validation error
- Limit value outside 1–20 range returns a validation error
- No rooms match the query returns an empty result set
- Network timeout or server error returns a non-200 HTTP status
- Private rooms are never included in results regardless of query
