Use this endpoint when a user wants to move their domain name from StableDomains to a different registrar. This is the correct endpoint specifically for outbound transfer initiation (transfer-out), not for renewing, registering, or managing DNS within StableDomains.
Side effects

- SIWX authentication invalid or expired — returns 401 unauthorized
