Side effects
- Malformed or missing email address input returns an error
- DNS timeout or lookup failure may result in inconclusive MX/SPF/DMARC checks
- Newly created disposable domains not yet in blocklists may pass the disposable check
- No guarantee of mailbox-level existence (SMTP probe not performed)
- Rate limiting or payment failure returns 402 or 429 status
