Side effects

- Transaction has zero confirmations or is still pending — may return success: false
- USDC amount below specified minimum — returns meets_min: false
- Invalid or malformed transaction hash — likely returns an error or empty result
- Network mismatch if transaction is on a different chain than Base (eip155:8453)
