Output
Returns a JSON object containing the symbol, current mid price, depth levels scanned, and arrays of bid_walls and ask_walls — each wall entry includes the price level, USD size, and distance from mid. Also includes a paid flag and tool identifier.

Side effects
- Missing or invalid symbol parameter returns an error
- Symbol not a USDT perp (e.g. spot pair) may return empty or error
- top parameter outside 1-15 range may be rejected or clamped
- Payment not sent or x402 payment failure causes 402 response
- Exchange API unavailability causes no data returned
