How this service works
Get all product reviews with pagination/scrolling support. This endpoint provides the data and functionality available on the new Google Shopping layout / UI. At that moment, the new Google Shopping layout is available on the following countries: `ai, gb, in, aw, ar, at, au, br, bm, io, be, ky, ca, cl, co, cc, cx, dk, cz, fk, fi, pf, fr, tf, de, gf, gp, hk, hm, hu, gr, id, in, il, it, ie, jp, kr, my, yt, mx, mq, ms, nc, nl, no, nf, ph, nz, ro, pt, re, ru, pl, sa, pm, sg, sk, za, se, tw, gs, tk, th, ch, tc, ua, es, ae, vg, tr, us, gb, vn, wf` For other countries, use the "Product Reviews" endpoint under "Google Shopping V1" instead. We are monitoring this change and will add support for other countries as they are rolled out to Google Shopping.
Output
Returns a JSON object containing the average product rating, total review count, a breakdown of reviews per star rating (1–5), and a list of reviews with pagination cursor for fetching subsequent pages. Also includes a request ID and status field.

Use this endpoint when you need product reviews from the new Google Shopping UI layout for supported countries (listed in description). It supports pagination via cursor, rating filtering, language/country localization, and sort ordering. For unsupported countries, use the Google Shopping V1 Product Reviews endpoint instead. Prefer this over generic web scraping when you need structured review data including rating distribution and pagination.
Side effects
- Invalid or missing product_id returns an error or empty results
- Product ID not found on Google Shopping returns empty data
- Country code not in the supported new-layout country list may return no results (use V1 endpoint instead)
- Invalid rating filter value (outside 1–5) may return an error
- Expired or invalid cursor returns an error or first-page results
- Rate limiting or quota exhaustion returns a 402 or 429 error
