How this service works
Get stock market quote. Supports all stock types: stock, index, mutual fund and futures.
Output
Returns a data object containing the company name, ticker symbol, instrument type, current trading price, open/high/low prices for the day, trading volume, price change and percentage change from previous close, previous close price, pre/post-market price with its change and percent change, and a UTC timestamp of the last price update. Also includes a response status and request ID.

Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized ticker symbol returns no data or error status
- Market closed or outside trading hours may result in stale prices or missing intraday fields
- Batching more than 100 symbols in a single request may be rejected
- Network or upstream data provider outage returns error status
- Unsupported language code may fall back to English or return an error
