Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent store_domain returns empty results or error status
- Invalid country or language code may return no results or default to fallback locale
- Expired or malformed cursor value causes pagination failure
- Rating or time_frame enum value mismatch returns validation error
- Reaching end of reviews returns empty data with no cursor
- Rate limiting or payment failures return 402 or 429 status codes
