Get news article in a specific section of a topic (World, Sports, Technology, etc) or publication (CNN, BBC, etc).
Output
Returns an array of news articles each containing headline, canonical URL, short snippet, author names, publication datetime (UTC), source name and URL, thumbnail and photo URLs, source logo/favicon URLs, Google News publication ID, and related topic tags. Also includes a request status string and unique request ID.

Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported topic enum value returns an error
- Unrecognized country code may return empty results or an error
- Unsupported language code may fall back to default or return an error
- Section not found for the given topic returns empty data array
- Rate limiting or quota exhaustion returns a payment/authorization error
- Network timeout if upstream Google News data is slow to respond
