How this service works
Look up an artifact by the external_key it was stored under (your own name for it, slashes allowed), in one of the wallet's projects. max_age_seconds turns an artifact older than that into a 404, for caching. Returns the artifact. Costs $0.005 in USDC. No signup: a wallet's first payment creates its account and a default project; the same wallet later reaches the same files.
Output
Returns the artifact object including title, description, tags, metadata, status, expiry date, and latest version details. If the artifact is older than max_age_seconds (when specified), returns a 404 as if the artifact does not exist.

Use this endpoint when you have stored an artifact under a human-readable or structured slash-path key of your own choosing and want to retrieve it without knowing the internal artifact ID. Prefer this over ID-based lookup when your workflow uses semantic or hierarchical naming for artifacts. The max_age_seconds parameter makes it especially useful for cache-validation workflows where stale data should be treated as absent.
