Side effects
- No pools match the specified filters (empty result set returned)
- Invalid chain name or protocol slug returns an error or empty results
- minTvlUsd set too high filters out all pools
- limit exceeds maximum of 50 and is rejected
- Payment not processed correctly resulting in 402 response
