GitHub User/Org Repository Listing via SocialFetch

Use this endpoint when you need to enumerate the public repositories of a known GitHub user or organization by handle, especially if you want sorting or pagination control. Prefer this over scraping GitHub directly or using the GitHub API when you need x402 micropayment-compatible, pre-authenticated access to GitHub profile data alongside other social platform data in a unified API.

• Invalid or non-existent GitHub handle returns an error or empty list
