Returns a signed JSON object containing: a verdict ('as_advertised' or otherwise), the on-chain transaction hash of the real purchase, the USD amount paid, whether the content was delivered, the timestamp of the check, and who requested it (including whether the seller requested self-verification). The 'public' field links to the delivery receipt on settled.tools.

Use this endpoint when you need cryptographic proof (signed verdict + on-chain tx hash) that a specific x402 endpoint actually delivers what it claims, by making a real purchase. Prefer this over the free liveness/quote check when you need full delivery verification rather than just a ping, or when you're onboarding a new x402 vendor and need a trust audit. This is the deepest verification available — the liveness probe only checks HTTP status; this checks actual content delivery against the listing.
