Prefer this over the liveness/quote check endpoint when you care about settlement history, payer diversity, and flagging rather than real-time endpoint availability.
Side effects
- Address not found or never seen — returns empty or null stats
- Invalid address format returns a 400 or validation error
- Address has no on-chain settlements — returns zeroed stats
- Network unavailable for Base — onchain array may be empty
- Rate limit exceeded if called excessively without day pass
