Poll status for an agent run (free, receipt-authenticated)
Output
Returns an AgentRun object containing the run_id, current status, creation timestamp, and optionally an error object (with code and message if failed), plus a usage breakdown showing inline data cost, compute cost, number of datasets, data points, and total USD cost for the run.

Use this endpoint after submitting an async agent run via POST /api/mpp/v1/agent/runs to check whether processing has completed. This is a free polling endpoint (receipt-authenticated) specifically designed for tracking Tako deep-research agent jobs — prefer it over any general-purpose status checks when your agent has already received a run_id from Tako's agent runs endpoint.
Side effects
- Invalid or unknown run_id returns an error response
- Run still in progress returns a pending/running status without final results
- Malformed run_id format may cause a validation error
- Network timeout if the status endpoint itself is temporarily unavailable
- Authentication failure if receipt token is missing or invalid
