Side effects
- Invalid or non-existent sandbox_id returns an error or not-found response
- Sandbox may have expired or been garbage collected, returning a stale or missing status
- Network timeout if the Vaaya proxy is slow or Modal API is unresponsive
- Malformed request body (missing sandbox_id) returns a validation error
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance) blocks the request before it reaches Modal
