How this service works
Your own settled calls in the shape a finance system posts: one row per payment with what was bought, the amount settled, the quoted ceiling where one applied, and the evidence - settlement transaction, sha256 of the bytes delivered, and the on-chain attestation id where one exists. Keyed to the wallet that pays for the call, so nobody can read another wallet's payables; no account, no export request, no support ticket. Requires an EIP-3009 payment (USDC on Base, Polygon, or Arbitrum).

A JSON or CSV document containing: the queried date window, total uncapped row count, a truncated flag, the paying wallet address, and one row per settled call with fields: item name, payment rail, wire protocol, network/chain, amount settled in USD, quoted ceiling in USD (if applicable), settlement timestamp, on-chain settlement transaction hash, optional EAS attestation UID, and SHA-256 hash of the bytes delivered.

Use this endpoint when an AI agent or its operator needs a verifiable, wallet-gated ledger of all past x402 API payments — particularly for finance reconciliation, expense auditing, on-chain proof retrieval, or automated subledger import. It is the only endpoint that returns per-call settlement proofs (transaction hash + SHA-256 + attestation UID) tied to a specific paying wallet without requiring an account login or support request.
Side effects
- Payment not provided or invalid EIP-3009 USDC payment — 402 response returned
- Date range yields no rows — empty rows array with total: 0
- limit out of range (must be 1–5000) — validation error
- format value not 'json' or 'csv' — validation error
- Wallet has no settled calls in window — returns empty result set, not an error
- Network congestion or settlement delay — recently settled calls may not yet appear
