Side effects
- Missing required 'name' parameter returns a validation error
- Invalid color format (not #rrggbb) may be rejected or ignored
- Duplicate brand name within the same org may cause a conflict error
- Insufficient USDC balance results in payment failure and no brand created
- Invalid policy_id that does not exist in the org returns a not-found error
