Prefer it for dashboards, compliance checks, and executive summaries where rolled-up counts of shifts, GPS verifications, hours, and spend are needed in a single call. If you need raw individual shift records or worker-level detail, a different endpoint would be more appropriate.
Side effects
- Invalid or unrecognized period string returns an error or empty result
- brand_id that does not exist in the org returns no data or a 404-style error
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance) prevents the call from completing
- Org not yet provisioned may require a first-call auto-provision delay
