How this service works
Confirm a USDC payment actually settled: given a tx hash (and network), returns whether it succeeded and the USDC transfers it contains (from, to, amount). Optionally check it paid a specific address at least a minimum amount. Read-only proof of payment.
Output
Returns whether the transaction succeeded, along with a list of USDC transfers contained in it — each showing the from address, to address, and USDC amount transferred. If a recipient address and minimum amount were specified, also returns whether those conditions were satisfied.

Prefer it over manually querying a block explorer when you also need to assert that a particular recipient received at least a minimum amount in the same call.
