How this service works
ETH and USDC balance of any address on Base, read live from the chain (eth_getBalance + USDC balanceOf) at request time. Pass ?address=0x... . Returns raw and decimal values plus the block number the read was made at. No third-party API, no cache.
Output
Returns the ETH balance in both raw wei and decimal format, the USDC balance in both raw (6-decimal integer) and human-readable decimal format, and the block number at which the read was performed — all fetched live from the Base chain via eth_getBalance and USDC balanceOf with no caching.
