Side effects
- Missing or malformed address parameter returns an error — address must be 0x-prefixed and 42 characters
- Public node rejects wide block range — the window narrows automatically but may return fewer than expected results
- Address with no USDC activity in the window returns an empty array
- Non-Base addresses or invalid EVM addresses will fail validation
- Node rate limits or downtime may cause intermittent failures
