Convert an amount of a crypto asset to USD using the live Chainlink price on Base. Pass ?from=ETH&amount=1.5 (assets: ETH, BTC, SOL, LINK, CBETH, AERO, EUR). Returns the rate used, the feed and its age. Oracle value, not a tradable quote. No cache.
Output
Returns the converted USD value for the given asset amount, the oracle exchange rate used, the Chainlink feed contract address, and the age of the price data (timestamp). This is an oracle reference value, not a tradable quote.

Side effects
- Unsupported asset ticker returns an error — only ETH, BTC, SOL, LINK, CBETH, AERO, EUR are supported
- Missing required 'from' parameter returns a validation error
- Chainlink feed temporarily unavailable or stale returns an error or high feed age
- Network connectivity issues to Base RPC node cause request failure
