A list of up to 10 ranked web results, each containing: a unique result id, page title, URL, published date, author, relevance score, extracted page text (up to requested length), and highlighted excerpts matching the query.

Side effects
- Query too vague returns low-relevance results
- startPublishedDate with no matching recent content returns empty results
- includeDomains list too restrictive yields zero results
