Side effects
- Invalid query returns 400 error
- max_results outside 1-10 range may be clamped or rejected
- time_range and days parameters may conflict if both specified
- include_domains and exclude_domains conflicts result in empty result set
- Payment not processed causes 402 response
- Advanced search depth on obscure queries may still return few results
- Extractive answer may be empty if no clear answer is found in top results
