Returns a signed batch of existing host records for each submitted hostname, with certificates and receipts. Hosts not found in the SCVD database are returned as named gaps. No live probing or ranking is performed — data reflects what is already stored. The response includes an ed25519-signed envelope suitable for audit or downstream verification.
