It is the company's own EDGAR index, so it also holds filings third parties made about it (SCHEDULE 13G, Forms 3/4/5, UPLOAD). Each entry carries the accession number, form, dates, 8-K items, XBRL flags, size and sec.gov links. Use when: List every 8-K on this ticker's EDGAR index this year, with links to the documents.

A paginated list of EDGAR filing records for the specified company, each containing: accession number, form type, filing date, report date, 8-K item codes (if applicable), XBRL inline flag, file size, and direct SEC.gov links to the filing index and documents. Side effects
