Side effects
- Ticker not found in SEC index returns NOT_FOUND (non-billable)
- Invalid CIK format returns a validation error
- Unknown form type filter returns empty results rather than an error
- Offset beyond total results returns an empty items array with has_more false
- Malformed date format in 'since' parameter returns a schema validation error
