Return the recent EDGAR filing history associated with a CIK, optionally filtered by form type and filing date and paged. It is the company's own EDGAR index, so it also contains filings third parties made about the company (SCHEDULE 13G, Forms 3/4/5, UPLOAD). Each entry carries the accession number, form, dates, 8-K items, XBRL flags, size and sec.gov links. Use when: List every 8-K associated with this US company this year.
Output
A paginated list of EDGAR filing entries for the company, each containing accession number, form type, filing date, report date, 8-K item codes (if applicable), XBRL and inline XBRL flags, file size in bytes, and direct sec.gov URLs. Also includes pagination metadata (total count and next_offset for fetching subsequent pages).

Prefer it over raw SEC EDGAR scraping when you need clean structured output with accession numbers and sec.gov links for downstream processing.
Side effects
- CIK or ticker not found in SEC index returns NOT_FOUND (not billed)
- Invalid ticker format or company name (instead of CIK/ticker) returns a validation error
- No filings match the specified form type or date filter returns an empty results list
- Offset beyond total results returns an empty page
- Malformed date format in since parameter returns a 400 validation error
