Use this endpoint only when you have a raw on-chain wallet address (Solana base58 or 0x-prefixed EVM) and no FOMO handle or user ID. If you already have a handle or user ID, prefer those cheaper lookup endpoints ($0.10) instead. This endpoint is the correct fallback when the only known identifier is blockchain-native.
Side effects
- Wallet address not found or not linked to any FOMO account — returns empty or 404
- EVM address provided without 0x prefix — rejected as invalid input
- Invalid or malformed Solana/EVM address format — schema validation error
- Wallet exists on-chain but is not verified/linked to a FOMO profile — no result returned
- Rate limiting or payment failure for the $0.20 USDC per-call cost
