Use this endpoint only when you have a raw on-chain wallet address (Solana or 0x-prefixed EVM) and no FOMO handle or user id. If you already have a handle, prefer the handle-lookup endpoint ($0.10) and if you have a user id, prefer the user-id endpoint — both are cheaper. This endpoint costs $2.00 and is the right choice specifically when bridging on-chain identity to FOMO social identity.
Side effects
- Wallet address not found or not linked to any FOMO account — returns 404 or empty result
- EVM address submitted without 0x prefix — may return error or no match
- Invalid or malformed wallet address format — returns validation error
- Address is valid but trader has no FOMO account — no result returned
- Rate limiting or payment failure for x402 micropayment — returns 402 or 429
