Side effects
- Invalid or malformed company number (not matching 1-8 alphanumeric pattern) returns INVALID_INPUT error before any payment
- Company number not found in Companies House register returns a not-found error
- Offset exceeds 10,000 cap returns a validation error
- Network timeout or upstream Companies House API unavailability returns a 5xx error
